I am using each person’s shadow as a way to refer to all the people that are shown falsely or manipulated through the media. The shadow offers an anonymity which allows the viewer to make false or true assumptions about whoever it depicts. By referring to the shadow I also refer to the participants because the viewer knows it’s them as they are interrupting the projector. They are standing in the way so they know they are the ones that are been shown. By claiming different things about the viewer’s/ participators I am doing what the media does. Claiming and manipulating what we ourselves believe to be true for us.
